The hotel had a great location and was close to all social places. The staff were very helpful and polite, and the rooms were spacious and nicely designed. I was very impressed with the reception and top floor of the hotel, and the front desk staff were excellent and provided great customer service.

The rooms were spacious and well-designed. We had a good view from our window and the location of the hotel was fantastic, right in the heart of the city. The staff at the reception were friendly and welcoming, always greeting us with a smile. We also liked the fact that the hotel had a 24/7 room service, making it very convenient for us.

There were a few negatives during our stay. The breakfast options were sparse and we were disappointed to find hairs in the food.
